I asked Rick to build me a multiscale guitar. I wanted a deep body and
longer scale length to bring out bass notes so they’d balance with mids
and trebles. The slanted frets were surprisingly easy to navigate. The
6-string model worked so well that I immediately ordered a 12-string
multiscale model. I tuned it down to D and even lower. It has that
deep, gnarly, jangly, resonant 12-string sound. It’s amazing!
